Tardivo is an Aglianico obtained from the maceration and ageing in oak barrels of grapes dried on the vine. It has an important structure with an intense red colour and is ample and persistent.
Fruity notes of undergrowth, currants, blueberries and strawberries fused with spicy notes prevail on the nose. On the palate it is soft, balanced and savoury.
It is a meditation wine that reacts to different emotions with every sip.
It is recommended to open it at least two hours before tasting.
Possible deposits do not impair the quality of the wine in any way.
